NMFS announces that the Pacific Fishery Management Council Council submitted amendment 34 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan Groundfish FMP to the Secretary of Commerce for review. If approved amendment 34 would modify the groundfish exclusion areas GEA section in the Groundfish FMP and refer to the GEAs described in Federal regulation.
